| Comment: | Fairly common in this area, especially at this refuge. It’s getting a bit late for them, but they seem to be sticking around this Spring. Shape overall like Red-winged Blackbird; pale yellow eye seen. First detected by rusty gate calls. Later seen by another team member in the same location. |
